i now still finding for de scientific discovery.
BORED...
anyways,
today's training i damn sway.
b4 training hor i was shooting den i nvr look at de ball bounce back den it hit my thumb there!!!
den my thumb there hor de whole thing sprain lehh!
nvr felt so pain-ed for any sprained fingers i had last tym in my life...
haiz.
its still hurts now.
very.
we today training quite fun.
lucky nvr do warm-up, straight shutter everything wif seniors.
or not i gonna die.
den warm up de worst...
run 4 rounds around de schl.
that's like 3km+???
felt like dying.
seriously.
me and jasmine started bout 10 mins late.
coz i had to go general office to tape my hand. (rmb i sprained it?)
so actually my timing is like bout 20mins for running 4 rounds around de schl.
lousy.
so hot somemore.

budden i wan say sumting to debbie.
she encouraged me when i cmi during the run.
so jux wana say 'THANK YOU'.
hahas.
back to training.
we skipped 200 on both legs,
120 for left leg and another 120 for right leg.
haiz so tiring.
finish liao coach asked us to pair up wif 1 sec1 junior.
i jux random pick 1 junior, her name is jamie (i tink laidat spell)...
did many stations (sort of)...
1 station was to shoot 10 shots den de other person do the squat on the wall thingy.
haiyo..
de jamie keep missing de shooting.
so i stayed there doing de squat thingy while she shoot.
can only stop when she finished.
haiz.
nvm.
den also got 1 station is 1 person skip 40 times on skipping rope,
de other person do that thingy duno call wad...
muz do sideways lying on de floor den wif hands resting on the floor u lift up ur body.
aiya.
hard to say la.
UMMM.
NO OFFENCE.
budden de jamie skip real noob.
so had to be in that position for like FREAKING LONG.
CAN DIE DE LEHH.

den coz some stations nid use de ball so i after this whole thingy my hands hurts to de core.
so couldn't continue training.
den i sitting there talking to sihui and amanda.
we talking bout duno wad obama is handsome and whole lotta crap.
LOL.

okay schl is like getting even more stressed.
so many hw,
and i also got so many tuition, cca, piano etc.
It reli sucks.
and my maths results are like deproving drastically.
coz of dis freaking topic about graphs and coordinates and gradient etc.
damn.

coz i jux keep typing n typing.
and my dis post strangely enuff i din use much smileys.
